About Mark Elenowitz
Mark Elenowitz has been an entrepreneur his entire life. As a kid, he was always finding ways to work, from shoveling snow and mowing lawns to starting a chocolate business out of his parents’ kitchen at just 13 years old, catering weddings and events around his hometown. That same drive carried him through high school and into a career that would go on to shape how entrepreneurs raise capital.
After graduating from the University of Maryland with a B.S. in Finance, Mark built a 35+ year career on Wall Street. He helped shape the framework for Regulation A+ crowdfunding and led the methodology behind the first successful Reg A+ IPO to list on the New York Stock Exchange, opening the door for a new generation of companies to go public.
Today, Mark is CEO of Nant Global Finance Inc., a blockchain enabled financial services company combining U.S. broker capabilities, exchange operations, transfer agency services, and blockchain technology into one platform. He also serves as President of Horizon Fintex, a fintech company powering global securities exchanges, and Managing Director of TriPoint Capital Management, a merchant banking firm.
Mark has been profiled in BusinessWeek, CNBC, and Bloomberg, and is a frequent speaker at industry events including the SEC Small Business Forum. Outside of work, he’s married with two children and supports causes on Long Island, including Island Harvest and the Sunrise Association, which runs camps for children with cancer and their siblings.
